From the link below, you can download a copy of the grading policy being used at Laxfirth Abattoir. This system is designed to develop our customer requirements and give you better returns for achieving good conformation and optimum fat class. Our policy uses an adapted version of the 'EUROP' grid used by most mainland abattoirs.
